New race!

A new race, Chimera, is available in the game.
Chimera race`s advantages:
- no Dungeon penalty on mission speed
- doubled resource extraction in mines and main buildings of pits
- Underground Domains and Outer Domains sciences +1, and at level 0 of these sciences you can already capture 1 outer and 1 underground domain.
